News Feed
Compound management can use the application landing page as bulletin board to publish news about compound, new regulations, changes might happen as well as news about owners. This simple news feed can empower the link between management and owners.
Service Request
Owner/Tenant can request configured available service, such as (electrician, gardener, car wash, plumber, ... etc). Service can be requested as one time or monthly subscription according to model available by compound management
Discover
Tenant will be able to check near places (restaurants [including their menus], Super Markets [including their offers], other business of interest). This option will help owners / tenants to know entertainment places and other needs in the surrounding area.
Notifications
This feature is very important for notification management. compound system admin can send notification to single or multiple units, single or multiple building or areas. Notification(s) will be send immediately to mobile application or all users.
Gate Pass
Owner/Tenant can issue visitor gate pass via the mobile application. Gate Pass can be valid for single entry or multi-days single entry per day. Owner must mention the validity and name of visitor to ensure highest security for units' owners.
Facility Booking
Facilities such as football court, event rooms/halls can be defined on the system to be booked via mobile application. Upon confirmation of booking by admin team, owner can make online payment via application or regular payment via admin team.
Permits Management
Some gate activities need approval from compound management to control belongings of owners. for such activities, owners raise permit request according to types of permits allowed by management. such as furniture in/out permits
Dues Management
Owner/Tenant can track and make payment for his/her dues to compound such as regular maintenance fees or compound development fees. These dues can be also paid online via the mobile application if needed by compound management.
Complain Management
Owners can send complains (with images attached) to compound management via application. Also they can track response of management via application. When user submits complain, system gets the image location to help identifying problem location.
Voting Polls
It is important for owners to share opinions very transparently. System enables full process of publishing surveys and collecting opinions of owners. This is shared online instantaneously. This helps to ensure the support of owners for all changes and activities.
Sub-Users Management
Owner/Tenant can define sub-users for their units. Owner can decide level of access for each sub-users. for example, a user can make complains only and another user can track dues and book facilities only. This helps owners to control sub-users.
